I sent them reception report to kisa.lava@gmail.com and in 10 minutes received reply that my QSL would be sent soon. So, waiting for QSL - hope our Ukrainian post is enough fast.

WORLD RADIO NETWORK (WRN Moscow 738 kHz) had verified my report on RRI relay on 08 July 2011.
Report sent to letters@wrn.ru. Answer in ~190 days.
As I understand, they verify only reports on summer 2011 - by e-QSL commemorised to 10 anniversary of WRN Moscow.
