After 2 years of sending several reports to different addresses of Radio Argentina al Exterior, I sent report to Italian program (raeitaliano at gmail.com) last week and received in 3 days (!) reply with e-QSL. Please note the hard situation with terrible flood now in Argentina.
Thanks to Caritina Cosulich for fast reply and the letter with interesting information. I'm really glad.
