During last several months I received by post such QSL cards:
ALASKA
KNLS, QSL from Russian section, - received in ~1 month after sending report to questions|at|knls.net
COSTA RICA
RADIO EXTERIOR DE ESPANA, QSL received in ~2.5 months for report sent to amigosdx|at|rtve.es and ree|at|rtve.es
GERMANY
HCJB Andenstimme verified in 123 days my report sent to deutsch|at|andenstimme.org
I have also sent them the report on 6050 kHz Ecuador program, but they verified that one only by email, asking for return postage for postal reply.

KBS World Radio
